All aquariums built by American Aquariums are   warranted for life  against material and workmanship.   This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.  All aquariums must be placed on a stand built by American Aquariums.  Moving of the aquarium from one location to another after initial use shall void this warranty.  Modifications or any changes made to the product by the purchaser shall void this warranty.  This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at the discretion of the manufacturer.  In order to be replaced/repaired the damaged aquarium must be delivered to the American Aquariums facility by the owner at the owners expense.  This warranty does not cover personal injury or property loss including livestock or damage.
